About Flora
Flora would like the following in her new home to help make her happy:
-A cat tower for climbing and scratching.
- Another desexed playful Cat or Kitten. (a must)
- Time to adjust to her new home.
- An inside lifestyle with the option of an outdoor cat safe enclose. (a must)
Flora is not only stunning to look at she’s divine to have around! Flora loves to play with toys and other cats. Once Flora gets to know you, she wants to be near you, sleep on your bed and have cuddles. She is cheeky and looks to steal bottle top lids and socks to play with.
Flora enjoys being near her people but at times likes to find her own space, she is really playful and enjoys a smooch. Flora doesn't enjoy being picked up but loves to jump up on the couch next to you for pats or rub up against your leg while you're busy. Flora lives with children and once she is comfortable in new environments she seeks the children out to sit with on the couch and receive pats and loves when they pick up her toys to play with her.
Flora uses the litter tray no problem and thoroughly enjoys food!!
*All cats and kittens adopted through Pyrenees Animal Rescue are only available to homes where they will be kept indoors or in a secure cat run/enclosure. A yard with fencing is not enough to keep an adventurous cat contained, safe from dogs and traffic. *
*PLEASE read the ‘profile’ thoroughly before enquiring in detail.*
*Please only apply if you are ready to meet and adopt this pet now, and if all family members are in support of the adoption.*
Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
