About Nelson
I am a timid gentleman who needs a special person to show me what love is. Food is my favourite time of day and I will meow to get your attention however I am still getting used to gentle pats and attention.
I arrived at the shelter with my best friend Russell, we are looking for a home where we can retire together. He is more confident than me. I will need time to settle in and adjust to my new home.

Adoption details
We are not open to walk ins, appointments by booking only. All households members must be present before we can adopt an animal out.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.

Mon: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Tues: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Wed: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Thurs: 12.30pm-5:00pm
Fri: 12.30pm-3:30pm
Sat: Open Fortnightly
April 6th- 9am-12pm
April 20th- 9am-12pm
Sun: CLOSED
For serious enquires we are able to accommodate to outside our normal appointment hours. Please call us to arrange a time.
