Pickles

Hello my name is Pickles, and as you can tell I am a little cutie that loves to get my own way. I am quite fond of the food and I am one of the first ones to the food bowl in the morning when the human calls us with the food whistle. When I hear that food whistle I can trotting in at pace with my belling swinging happily from side to side. The best type of food is the wet food, I will lower my standards and eat the kitten biscuits but only if I am desperate.

What is second best to food you ask, well I can tell you it is pats. I love the pats the foster mummy does the give the bestest pats and I will flop into them and purr and purr to let her know she is doing a good job so that she will continue on. I am a big snuggle bug and I love my foster mummy the most, I will always want to cuddle up on her when she is working – this is the best as I can insert myself into her online meetings and distract the other people. I love to cuddle and I will spend a lot of time following you around the house until you sit down and I can get on your lap to go to sleep.

I am a really playful kitten and my foster mummy is always laughing at the commitment that I have to playing with toys. I can hear my favourite toy from the other end of the house and I will gallop down the hallway at full pace to make sure that I do not miss out on any playtime. I am hugely acrobatic as I fly through the air to catch the mouse on a string or chase the ball or the mouse that you have thrown across the room. I am happy to play with other cats, people or by myself.

You will find that there is nowhere that you go that I do not follow, that includes the toilet, and if you shut that door, don’t worry I will remind you that I am there just waiting with my little paws coming through under the door and utilising my meow.

All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, this is for their safety and health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you let them know if you cannot make an appointment.
