About Archer - Located in Preston
Well hello there, fine folks! The name's Archer, and let me tell you, I'm the dapper little lady you've been searching for. Just take a gander at this face – irresistible, ain't it?
Now, let's get one thing straight – I'm not your average run-of-the-mill kitty. Oh no, I'm chock-full of vim and vigor, always ready for the next big adventure. Whether I'm romping around with my siblings or off on a solo escapade, I guarantee I'll keep you on your toes with my cheeky antics.
Picture this: one minute I'm scaling the highest bookshelf in the house, the next I'm staging a daring rescue mission to save a wayward toy mouse from certain doom. I've got a knack for turning everyday moments into grand adventures, and let me tell you, it's a talent I'm rather proud of.
But fear not, dear human, for I do have an off button – albeit a small one. When I've had my fill of excitement and exploration, I'm more than happy to curl up in your arms and purr away to my heart's content. There's nothing quite like a good snuggle session to recharge the old batteries, you know?
So, if you're looking for a feline companion who's equal parts mischievous and affectionate, look no further. I'm here, ready and waiting to whisk you away on a whirlwind of fun and frolics. All I ask in return is a warm lap to call my own and a steady supply of chin scratches. Sound like a fair trade? Excellent! Let's make some memories together, shall we? Adventure awaits!

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
