NOTE: You are unable to meet Bruno until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Bruno in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

Bruno shows some signs of anxiety when first in a new home, he displays this by being a bit destructive. He would love a home where he allowed to settle in his own time with a family who's home to supervise him and show him some patience.

What I need in my new home:
• DEAF DOG EXPERIENCE PREFFERED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family
• Bruno is best suited to a home without another dog as he can get 'possessive' of his owner if there's another dog in the house. However, when out & about Bruno is great with other dogs and has spent all of his days at the shelter with a doggie mate when out during the day
• Bruno thrives when he has a routine, for example his crazy play time is generally between 4pm-6m. The perfect time for when children arrive home from school
• Bruno is learning some basic sign language while he's in foster care and is picking it up very quickly. A family who'll continue this training would be perfect for him.
• Secure Fencing
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• Lots of love and attention
• Being a social and playful pupper I would love to go to doggy daycare
. Being deaf i am best suited going to a home with kids old enough to understand that i am easily started if i cant see you so will need to be gentle and patient

Things that I don’t want in my new home:
• To be left alone in the backyard without any interaction
• Not to be allowed inside with my family
• Never to go on a walk or rides in the car
• Another dog in the home

My best features:
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I love attention, hugs, kisses & head scratches
• I walk well on lead for a young doggo but having daily walks should help me improve my lead skills

Where I need to improve / Training required:
• Bruno is deaf so ideally will go to an experienced home that is willing and capable of training Bruno with hand signals. He does show signs that he has had some training in this area.
