Amaretto!

Amaretto came to us via the pound with an interesting history. A concerned resident was feeding Amaretto and her kittens as they had been hanging around for a few weeks, and didn't seem to have a home. He was able to collect all the kittens and transfer them safely to the pound, but not poor teen-mum Amaretto. We really thank this resident for their care, concern and perseverance as three weeks later, Amaretto was also safely delivered to the pound.

She has settled well here and shown herself to be a busy and friendly little cat who doesn't appreciate a huge amount of handling, but still wants to be with you. She shares a ward with a senior male cat, two of her own (now adult) kittens, and has previously shared with unrelated 6 m.o. kittens.

Amaretto seems to do best with cats who are quiet and don't want to be "in her face", so may settle well with your current, quiet and calm cat. Amaretto is really worth a look if you're after a new friend!
