Meet Phoenix! Phoenix was surrendered to the shelter through no fault of his own and is now looking for his forever family! He is a stunning large boy who has a lot to say and a lot to do, but is never one to shy away from pats.

Phoenix is very typical of his breed and is a very attractive and active cat with a strong set of lungs! He loves people and is quite affectionate, though doesn't mind a bit of down time. Noting that he can be very particular of his breed, he has a hard time with young children who don't know how to read his behaviour properly and should be supervised around any small kids.

His new owners must be willing to play and exercise him, as well as provide him with enough space (apartments are not recommended), and we ask that any potential adopters research the breed prior to enquiring and note that he may not be suited to first time cat owners.
