Billy has a heart that loves unconditionally. His affection for his human friends knows no bounds and is majestically expressed with a few spontaneous zoomies when exceptionally happy. Billy's eyes always shine the brightest when in the company of people. He's a people's dog!

When he's not busy doing his 'happy zoomies', you can often find Billy laying on his back, signaling that it's belly rub time. There's no way you can resist his charm, and he won't let you, because belly rubs are Billy's definition of heaven!
