Meet Phil + Lil, the inseparable, fun loving duo who bring all the sibling shenanigans wherever they go.

Phil and Lil were adopted as kittens from the shelter and unfortunately surrendered back into our care after 1.5 years in their home. They don't have to go to their new forever home together, but they sure would love to!

Although they are named after the sibling duo on Rugrats, we can assure you they are nowhere near as troublesome as the cartoons. These lovely cats are sweet, affectionate and a little shy when you meet them. They prefer gentle and slow interactions and in time they come out of their shells. Lil is a tiny bit more confident than her brother but together they give each other confidence. Phil is so handsome with his bright green eyes and shiny black coat. They are both curious and adventurous and have even lived with a dog that they loved!

You can imagine how stressful it is for them being back here, but we know someone special is waiting just around the corner for them. If you come to meet this iconic duo, make sure to ask to see their photos from when they were teeny tiny kittens, they are the cutest, and have gotten even cuter with age.
