Hi there, my name is Iris! I’m a sweet young kitty who’s finished with her days of being a mama, now I’m looking for my fur-ever home!

Nature
I must say that I love this indoor life! I took to it with open paws and I enjoy all the comforts it brings. I love to find a cosy spot on the bed, the couch, or on a fluffy blanket to curl up and snooze the day away. I enjoy getting head pats and when my Foster Mum calls my name I come running over. I can get overstimulated and give a little love bite when I get pats on my body, I’m still young and can act like a kitten sometimes.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I’d be best suited to a home with older children as I can give a little nibble when I get lots of pats. I don’t mind noise though and I enjoy attention.

A feline friend for me in my fur-ever home is a must! I love to play with the resident kitty in my foster home who is the same age as me, we run and chase each other and often groom each other too. I wouldn’t want to be a solo kitty, paw-lease!

I’ve not been tested with a dog before in my foster home so I’d need a slow introduction if you have a cat-savvy pooch.

Likes / Dislikes
I love my food, I wait patiently at the food bowl and give little chirps to let you know it’s dinner time! I also love other cats and playtime with them.

I don’t like to be picked up and held, my Foster Mum calls me ‘wriggly butt’! I also don’t like my carrier but my Foster Mum talks to me softly to reassure me.

My PURR-fect home would be with a cat social feline friend to spend my days with! I’d love a family who will give me a warm cosy place to relax and love me for me.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
