please allow me to introduce myself. . . My name is sheba. You can understand why i was named after a queen when you see how beautiful i am, inside and out. I've had my family young and now it's time to focus on me. After a rough start, i think 2011 will be my year to find a wonderful, permanent home where i'll be cherished as a valuable member of the family. True to my breed, i'm searching for someone who is willing to give me the leadership i need to be a happy, contented girl and in return, i'll offer you love, devotion and slobbers. I'm very cuddly and sooky and would love nothing more than to lie at your feet in anticipation of a tummy rub. ( i make a great foot warmer!)
but i'm also a very active girl and i will need at least one, but more likely two walks a day. . . Otherwise, i might just start taking myself out for a walk. To prevent any escapades, i'll need sturdy 6 foot fencing that i can't jump over or dig under. I'm good with most bigger dogs, but being a husky, i'm likely to chase a pocket pet or cat. Because of my exuberance, i would probably be better with children who are not too small. I can sit and shake paws but would love some more training from someone experienced with my breed or someone who has thoroughly researched the needs of a husky and feels that they can make that huge commitment. Don't be taken in by my beauty alone, as to be owned by a husky is a lifestyle change not everyone is prepared for!
