My name is Betty Boop and I am the cutest softest fluff ball looking to become part of a family.
I was surrendered to the pound with my Mum and sister. For those of you that don’t know , when you get surrendered to the pound the period of time they keep you before you get put on that “ list” is short.
Well the time came that our names were put on that list, and the call out SOS was answered by Silver Lining.
I can’t say why I was surrendered but I know in that past life I was loved. Even though when I came to my foster home I was scared in this new environment I purred while being held, and started my biscuit making immediately. I have a significant biscuit making skills. I get along with other cats and in my foster home we have cat savy dogs so I will make friends with them too .
You can tell already that I have a calm fun personality. Those dangling toys have become a favourite already so I can guarantee lots of laughter in times to come. Happy times.
The next step in my journey is to find my people’s and a loving home. Just love me and keep me safe . Not much to ask in exchange for the happiness I will bring to your life.
PLEASE NOTE: WEEKEND MEET AND GREETS ONLY DUE TO WORK COMMITMENTS ❤
If you would like to meet me please email the rescue at fostersadoptslpr@gmail.com or pm the Silver Lining Pet Rescue Inc facebook page.

Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
