About Oriena - Located in Preston
Hey there, potential snuggle buddy! I'm Oriena, and I'm here to be your purr-fect match in every way imaginable. If you're into sweet, friendly, and smoochy tabbies, then guess what? You've hit the jackpot, my friend!
Let's cut to the chase—do you like snuggles? Creamy cat treats? Cozy beds with blankets so soft they make you want to purr? Well, guess what? I'm all about that life! It's like we're reading each other's minds or something.
But wait, there's more! How about playing with toys until the cows come home? Running through tunnels like we're on a secret spy mission? Oh yeah, count me in! I mean, seriously, it's like you're describing my dream day.
So, what do you say? Are you ready to swipe right and embark on the adventure of a lifetime with me? Together, we'll snuggle, snack, and play until the sun comes up—or at least until it's time for a catnap. Trust me, we're destined for greatness. Let's make some memories and leave a trail of catnip in our wake. 😸💕

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
