Macey - 1 Year Old Staffy X (Trial)

Meet Ace – affectionately known as Macey – a 1 yr old, Female Staffy Cross.

Macey is a sweet cuddly girl who loves the company of humans and other doggos alike. She enjoys active playtime with her foster brother, as well as lots of downtime where she can just lay about and recharge. But there is one thing she loves absolutely the most – and that’s cuddles.

Macey is treat motivated but also loves her toys and she knows not to chew anything that isn’t her toys.

Macey knows “come”, “sit”, “off” and is working on “stay”. She is still just a pup and is getting to know her strength, which can lead her to being a little bit clumsy at times. She is still learning manners and will sometimes jump when she is excited, but she calms down fairly quickly.

Macey is learning walking manners on her harness and lead and responds well to a chest anchor on the harness. She can get distracted at other doggos, but is learning well to keep the attention on her human.

Macey is toilet trained, desexed and sleeps on her own bed, but sometimes does require a bit of a treat puzzle to keep her occupied and put to bed.

Macey is perfect for a home with kids over 12 yrs old. Any doggo brothers or sisters we would recommend them being the same size or bigger than macey, as she is still young and the older doggos can teach her things. Macey is also submissive so a bigger more confident doggo if any, would be preferable to partner her up with.

She requires a 1.5m fenced yard of a decent size so she can run around and a sturdy gate.

Macey would be a great addition to any family and if you like a cuddly doggo – Macey is perfect.

Macey is in foster care in Muswellbrook, NSW. She is available for adoption interstate. Her adoption fee is $400 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.
