About Banksy
Banksy is a super confident, fun loving, tank of a puppy who absolutely adores wrestling and rumbling with his foster friends and snuggling on the couch in his down time.
Just like his name sake, Banksy is a little bit cheeky and always makes an impression, he is rambunctious, joyful, on his way to being crate trained and is keen to learn all about the big wide world. He can be a super chiller but also really likes adventuring, making the most of his day (in between his puppy naps).
His mum a Rottweiler x Kelpie and his dad a Pug x Boston, Banksy is a real mix or what we like to refer to as a 'rescue special' ... whilst we can't be sure how big he'll grow, we suspect he'll end up on the smaller side of medium (albeit bigger than his siblings Kusama and Rembrandt who are also adoptable).
Banksy is social and has the potential to really be a proper sidekick, the type of puppy you can take anywhere and do anything with. He is vivacious and brave and ready to sieze the day!
MY IDEAL HOME: Banksy would love a family keen on continuing his training and socialisation. He could comfortably live with another dog or be someones one and only provided he wasn't left at home alone all day. If you're looking for a new best friend, a sidekick, a ride or die, this is your dude!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Banksy is quite energetic and sometimes needs to be reminded to take a nap, he LOVES to play and wrestle and when he's not engaging in mischief, he's pottering around looking for where the parties at.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Whilst he hasn't met any kids yet, he is a confident guy who would do well with kids provided puppy nipping was managed.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Banksy loves other dogs but is respectful of those not as keen to engage in rough housing like he is. He lives with dogs big and small without issue. He hasn't met any cats but given his social attitude, we think he could befriend a kitty pal too.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
