Introducing Marie, the ultimate chill cat with serious style points!
Named after Astrocat's Marie, she's got that chic vibe down pat :) While her siblings are all about the zoomies and playful antics, Marie prefers to kick back and watch the world go by. Sure, she'll join in the fun occasionally, but her true passion lies in perfecting the art of looking fabulous.
With her elegant demeanour and knack for finding the cosiest spots, Marie is living proof that you don't have to be the life of the party to steal the show!
Like all Maggie's pets, Marie is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: My special someone (or someones) will be patient and gentle, with a strong appreciation for slow and steady bonding. Whether you're a single person, a loving couple, or a warm-hearted family with school-aged kids, as long as you're willing to give me all the time I need to settle in, I'll repay your kindness tenfold with my affectionate nature!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Though my siblings practically bounce off walls with their youthful energy, I definitely take a more relaxed approach to kittenhood! I'm the sassy cat who prefers lounging in sunbeams and observing the world with curious but composed eyes :) But when the mood strikes, I do engage in delightful bouts of exploration and play - all at my own easygoing pace, of course!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm looking for a quiet and safe-feeling home, so kids aged 5+ will be my best match. Sudden loud noises may startle me, sending me scurrying for the safety of my hiding spot - but with patience and understanding, I'll soon emerge, ready to bask in the gentle peace of my surroundings.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I get along wonderfully with my siblings and love sleeping on top of them!
Unsure about dogs, as I haven't met any of those yet.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
