About Kusama
Kusama is a sugary sweet, fun, cheeky little pup who is hard not to fall instantly in love with!
She enjoys snuggling up on the couch after a hard days play! Tug of war is her ultimate favourite game when she's not tearing around the yard, doing some unsolicited 'gardening' ... Currently living with a couple of other small dogs and a child, she's keen to make friends with anyone interested in showing her some love!
Her mum a Rottweiler x Kelpie and his dad a Pug x Boston, Remmy is a real mix or what we like to refer to as a 'rescue special' ... whilst we can't be sure how big she'll grow, we suspect she'll end up on the smaller side of medium.
MY IDEAL HOME: Kusama would love a home with a family that can continue to socialise her with new places, people, animals! She would do well in a home with another dog pal but provided her new humans are around more often than not, could do well as someones one and only.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: A perfect blend of chiller and party girl, Kusama's breed mix leads us to believe she will continue to grow to be the best of both worlds.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Currently living with a child, Kusama would be fine to live with kids provided her puppy play which can be quite bitey, can be managed.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Kusama lives with a few other small dogs and has met quite a few larger dogs, she is quite social without being over the top with dogs that aren't interested in engaging with her. She hasn't met cats but with a nice intro we don't see why she wouldn't be able to.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
