About Soul
Introducing Soul, a striking looking boy with beautiful pale green eyes!
Soul is a Kelpie mix pup, and he has all the intelligence and energy that comes with this breed.
Soul loves to be active. He enjoys running in wide open spaces and joining in with all the family's adventures and activities. These activities not only keep him healthy and fit, but also offer him much-needed mental stimulation.
Soul's ideal new family would be an active one with plenty of room to run - living on acreage or a property where he can really stretch his legs. He would thrive in a household that can provide lots of activities to keep him entertained.
But Soul is not only about activity and adventure. He is also affectionate and loves spending quality time with his human companions. At the end of a busy day, Soul loves the comfort of a warm bed and the sound of his beloved humans nearby.
If you think you have the active lifestyle and space that Soul needs and are looking for an intelligent and energetic companion, then you might just be the perfect match for Soul.

Adoption details
If there is a cat/dog you would be interested in adopting that you have seen online or met at our Adoption Centres, you will need to fill out an Expression of interest. You can do this at the Centres or online at: friendsofthepound.com/adoption-apply
We only adopt out cats and dogs to locations that are within 2 hours driving distance.
If you are a homeowner, we need a copy of your Rates Notice. If you have a Body Corp, we need their written permission that cat/dog ownership is allowed.
If you are in a rental we need written permission from the Home owner/Letting Agent. The letter needs to be dated within the last week and state the property address, the name of the Occupant (adopter-to-be) and how long you have been at the property.
We cannot accept deposits and no hold can be put on the cat/dog.
All adoptions need to be approved by our Cat, Kitten or Dog Coordinators or Management so you might not be able to adopt the cat or dog at the time you meet them.
We aim to match the cats/dogs with the most suitable owner and home environment. Our goal is to have the cats and dogs go to a home where they can spend their entire lives, which could be up to 20 years or more for a kitten. and 15-20 years for a puppy.
