About George - 8 Month Old Miniature Dachshund (Trial)
Curious George, the tan miniature Dachshund, is ready to start his new life. Sweet George would like a warm lap and plenty of pats to keep him happy. George is a snuggler who likes to be near you. He loves other dogs and his confidence around new people is growing.
George will need someone to invest time in socialisation training, he didn’t get out much as a pup so new things can be exciting and scary. He’s naturally curious about the world around him and would love gentle and positive exposure to new experiences.
George is pretty quiet and he rarely barks. He is getting used to being away from his people for short periods of time and will need further training to help him become independent. He’s not used to being left alone, so would prefer his people home more often than not. He’s young and fun and loves to chase balls, chew toys and his 9pm zoomies are the funniest thing you’ll see. George will need doggy company, he loves to be with other dogs, he’s gentle and playful and a delight to all who meet him.
George sleeps through the night, human beds are his favourite. He has had a few toileting accidents, true to his breed he is not fond of wet grass under foot, he just needs encouragement to go outside.
George truely is a delight to have around, he will keep you entertained, your lap warm, and your heart full with his love and devotion.
George’s adoption fee is $1000. He is vaccinated, desexed, treated for worms and fleas. He is in foster care in New Lambton, NSW, and is not available for interstate adoptions, NSW ONLY.
