Ember

Hello! My name is Ember but you can call me whatever you like as I am deaf!
I am an exceptionally sweet and playful young girl, and my disability does not impact me at all! I am very responsive to my handlers and know sit, down and place. I have had a rough trot in my short 2 years, I was brought into care as a young puppy as I was not being treated well, I was adopted and not treated the best there either. I was surrendered back to RSPCA with heartworm and am undergoing my treatment for that. I am looking for my absolute forever home, as much as I love the people here at the shelter I would like a home of my own, with a family that truly loves me. I love other dogs and wouldn't mind having a doggy best friend, I do get the silly zoomies sometimes so preferably a home with older kids. Please don't let my deafness turn you away, I am not hard to train it is just a different training tactic. Come to the shelter and meet me and you will see how wonderful I am.
