About Mitch
I am trying a new home to see if i like it. Mitch is a lovely, calm natured dog who's good looks and gentle manner are
complimented whenever he is out and about. He has a very sweet,
affectionate disposition and enjoys being on the receiving end of pats,
cuddles and tummy rubs. Mitch is patient and gentle with other dogs - even
with a 9 month old puppy who was jumping all over him! he bonded very
quickly with his foster carer and likes to follow her about the house and likes the reassurance of knowing where she is but once he does he settles
down either in his bed or favourite lounge chair. Mitch loves his bed, and
sleeps on it all night and will often go back to it during the day for a
nap. At night, when it's time to settle down in front of the tv, he likes to
snuggle up next to his foster carer and has a very cute habit of putting one
paw up on her arm and nuzzling in with his head. Mitch is generally a very
easy dog who travels well in the car, is completely housetrained, walks well
on the lead and enjoys his food. The ideal home for mitch will be one where
his people are home a lot of the time and who will include him in dog
friendly outings. He would also enjoy the company of a calm natured, desexed
dog of similar size. Mitch is a house dog and must have access to the house
and yard via a doggy door or similar. His coat is non-shedding and requires
regular grooming and several visits per year to the grooming parlour. Mitch comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $350 and is not available for adoption outside nsw. If you would like more information on mitch or to arrange to meet him, please phone 0466 690916 (between 8am and 7pm only) or email using adoption enquiry as your subject heading.
