About Eva - Located in Preston
Hello there! My name is Eva, and let me tell you, I'm a bundle of sweetness with a touch of cheekiness thrown in for good measure. I'm what you might call a professional smoocher. Seriously, if there's a leg, an arm, or even a face within my reach, you bet I'll be giving it some love with my adorable chirps and irresistible rubs.
Now, let's talk about my love for fellow felines. Enya, my partner in crime, is like my soulmate. We're two peas in a pod, sharing secrets and swatting at feather toys together. But don't get me wrong, I'm open to expanding my circle to include a nice doggo or even being the solo fur baby in your home.
When it comes to my hobbies, I'm all about the finer things in life. Feather toys? Oh, you bet I'll be swatting at those like a pro. Ping pong balls? Consider them chased. And of course, what's life without cuddles and kisses? I thrive on affection from my humans, and I'm not afraid to show it.
So, if you're looking for a sweet, smoochy, and downright charming companion, look no further. I'm here, ready to fill your home with love, laughter, and a whole lot of purrs. Let's make some memories together, shall we?

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
