About Waffles and Maple
Meet our beautiful royal ladies “Waffles and Maple”
These girls are a beautiful, bonded pair and will win your heart instantly. Unfortunately, their mumma passed away so now they are looking for a lovely family to provide a loving home for the rest of their years. Both are a little on the chubby side so a good diet along with daily walks will be required.
Both girls are fine around other dogs, and they love people, they would be best with kids over 12yrs. They are gentle (although piggy with food) and they are very affectionate.
They will make great company for a retired couple or would also fit into a home full of people as long as they are given lots of pats and attention.
Maple is more playful (she is a tad thinner than Waffles) and Waffles is more a sit by your side kind of Gal. They are both extremely affectionate and love sa good cuddle and pat from their humans.
If you are looking to add a loving senior couple to your family you can’t go past these ladies.

• You have a secure yard.
• Waffles and Maple will not be alone for more than 6 hrs
• You will allow them to be part of the family and will allow them access to indoors with you.
• You WILL provide them with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
Applications with extensive details on the lifestyle you will offer will be considered.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
