Hi there! My name is Boofy. I'm a loveable log looking for my new furever family.

I’m a big boofhead who loves cuddles, playtime, humans, other doggos, and food!

My foster parents keep telling me I have 'the juiciest choppers' and always want to touch my mouth and cheeks. I don't mind the love, so I just roll with it. They also like to call me 'Roadblock', because apparently I have a habit of standing in my humans way pretty much all the time. I mean, is it so weird I want make sure you're okay at all times? That's right, I didn't think so either. When I'm not (allegedly) following my humans around, or playing with my dog pals or toys, you will catch me snoozing on your couch or bed, preferably laying right next to you.

I really just want to be a good boy. I don't break things, I'm never upset and only want to make my humans happy. Admittedly I don't always know my own strength when I get a bit excited, or I might jump up on occasion, but you can't hold that against me. I'm still only just a young lad! I'm trying to be good, and would respond well to your training. I'm pretty good on walkies too. I'm still a bit pully on the leash when we first leave the house, but tend to chill out and walk next to my human soon afterward. I'm also pretty calm when I see other dogs out. I am a little skittish around new humans, but don't take long to warm up.

I’m a toilet-trained boofhead and get along well with my foster pack of 3 large breeds ranging between 5-11 years old, whom I integrated with well since day 1. If I'm going to be moving into a new home, I really would want at least one other doggo there to play and bond with. I’ve gotten used to having 24/7 indoor/outdoor access, which suits me beautifully. I won’t ruin your house, don't you worry. I just want to be warm, cosy and part of the home. Oh and well fed. Like I said, I really really love food.
