Pirate is a profoundly deaf Border Collie with one eye who is looking for a very special home. Owners that have managed the challenges of a deaf dog before or who who have the time and are willing to take on the training needed to support this lovely boy.

He may benefit from a role model dog that can match his energy levels and be patient with him when he's "not listening".
