Special girl!
- Bonny is a small girl who is slowly coming out of her shell since being in foster care.
- Bonny will need a quiet and patient home in order to gain trust again.
- She hides most of the day and comes out mostly in the evening for her food and a cuddle on the couch.
- Bonny had a litter of kittens prior to coming into SAFE Busselton's care and we suspect she may have had to hide herself and her kittens as they were most likely living on the streets. Bonny was someone's pet at some stage as she is litter trained.
- Bonny shows no interest in going outside and likes chilling in her carer’s enclosed alfresco area as well as inside the house.
- Bonny is very affectionate and loves her food.
- She has been tested with a visiting dog, her response is to find a hiding place. She is not tested with other cats or with children.
- This little girl deserves a loving home after all she has been through.

Our adoption process includes a two-week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.
The adoption fee includes desexing, vaccinations, microchip (including transfer of ownership), flea and worm treatment and vet check.
SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. Information on cat enclosures can be found here: https://safe.org.au/catios
SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on “best fit” for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
5 GREAT REASONS TO ADOPT FROM SAFE BUSSELTON:
- Lifetime guarantee: if you can no longer care for me, SAFE Busselton will take me back;
- Adoption fee includes vet check, vaccination, desex and microchip and microchip ownership transfer;
- Foster care instead of cage confinement, so I get love and socialisation;
- Speak directly with my foster carer;
- Quick response to your enquiry.
