Introducing Murphy, a captivating English Cocker Spaniel with a character as warm as his soft, beautiful coat. This enchanting seven-year-old gentleman of 14kg is the perfect blend of a lounge lizard and a playful companion.
Currently residing in Stafford, Brisbane, Murphy is a joy to be around. He's desexed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and wormed. If his charming personality doesn't win you over, his undying loyalty certainly will.
Murphy might not be the most athletic of dogs, and he is not a jumper, which means a regular height fence would duly secure his playground. Indoor activities and a game of toss and fetch in the yard would suffice to keep his energetic nature satisfied.
Murphy's interactions with cats and younger children are not yet known, as he has never been tested around them, but he does prefer to fly solo with his human companions. He can be a little reactive on the lead, nothing too much, but it may be tricky for kids to walk him. A home where he can be the only dog would be his heaven. He is fine to left all day if you are a worker and he can even do an overnight stint solo as he is house trained and doesn’t have any anxieties. 👌
Whether you're looking for a buddy to catch up on your TV shows with, or you're in need of a loving presence in your home, this delightful canine promises endless happiness. In return for his company, Murphy's adoption comes with a fee of $695, ensuring that he continues to receive the best possible care.
We welcome you to meet Murphy. He will be waiting with his beautiful heart and wagging tail, ready for his new family to embark on a wonderful journey of friendship and unconditional love.

🐾 Details about your family

Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee. This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
