About Bobo
Meet Bobo, a delightful and energetic Jack Russell Terrier, ready to add a dose of joy to your life. This lovable boy, at just 5 years young, is bubbling over with an endearing spirit that will light up your home with his warmth.
Bobo is a bundle of love, boasting a bright and outgoing nature. With his lush coat and twinkling eyes, he makes fast friends with everyone he meets, both human and four-legged. This sociable chap enjoys mixing and mingling with other dogs and even shows no interest in chasing cats - a true gent!
Being friendly to his core, Bobo's affections come through in a variety of ways - his wagging tail when you come home, the gentle gaze he gives you while you're reading, and the enthusiasm with which he jumps up for a vigorous pat. He loves nothing more than a good snuggle, whether it's curling up next to you on the couch or nestling into your lap.
Bobo is not just about snuggles and love; he also has a wonderful adventurous streak. He adores walks and is impeccable on a lead, keeping pace with you, only pulling away occasionally when he wants to explore a particularly interesting scent. Although he may occasionally get a bit too excited and jump up for a pat, he's an otherwise well-behaved companion that respects boundaries.
Bobo, with his vibrant personality and loving nature, seeks a loving family that cherishes canine companionship as much as he does. Constantly eager to interact and play, Bobo will make a perfect pet for any energetic, love-filled home.
Medical notes
Bobo came to us previously desexed.
He required a dental which was done under GA and had all of his upper and lower incisors removed dur to significant wear. Remaining teether were cleaned. Mild gingervitis and gingival recession.
Bobo also presented with inflamed skin ventral abdomen - possible allergy reaction. He underwent a couse of prednisolone but Vet suggests he will need ongoing monthly or bi monthly cytopoint injections.
Vets also detected a grade 2 heart murmur which is to be monitored for associated signs such as coughing and exercise intolerance
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
