About Oakley
Hi everyone, it's me, Oakley. I had a really rough start to life but since Belle Vie saved me and my siblings, we've been loved just like we deserve.
I am looking for a loving yet patient home that will help me grow into the beautiful girl I am destined to be. I can be shy when I meet new animals and people, but once I warm up I am extremely friendly and loving. I would be best suited to a home with another existing dog - one that is super friendly and well behaved so I can learn how to be a good girl too. I would be fine as an only pet, as long as I was provided with plenty of mental and physical stimulation, and of course love and affection.
I spend most of my days outside with my foster siblings which I am very happy with. I wouldn't say no to a big fluffy bed inside the house though. I haven't yet been around cats or chicken or livestock.
I love kids and I am extremely gentle around the tine ones. Of course, any doggy should be supervised around children at all times. I am used to having my humans work, so will fit well into a range of different lifestyles.
I am extremely food orientated, so training me has been easy so far, and will be easy for my future family to continue with my training as I grow.
I am a sweet and loving, yet shy girl that needs someone that is willing to be patient and help me become comfortable with my surroundings.
I will grow to be a medium sized dog with medium energy levels. Mum is a staffy and dad is a cattle dog - so please research both breeds to see if I will be a good match for your lifestyle.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
