About Rezzie
Name: Rezzie
Breed: Domestic Shorthair (DSH) Ginger Tabby and White
Gender: Male
Background:
Rezzie is a strong and resilient boy who was surrendered to us along with another cat and a dog, all of whom he got along famously with. Despite facing a difficult situation, Rezzie maintained his friendly and loving demeanor, proving his adaptable and easygoing nature. He is not only dog and cat friendly but also adores spending time with kids, making him a versatile companion for any loving family.
Physical Description:
Rezzie boasts a striking coat of ginger tabby and white fur, though he temporarily lost some of it due to flea issues upon arrival. However, thanks to proper care and attention, his coat is now growing back, and he will soon regain his full beauty. His charming appearance is matched by an equally charming personality, making him a true "love bug" in every sense.
Personality Traits:
Friendly and sociable with both animals and humans
Loves spending time with kids after a proper introduction
Easygoing and adaptable to new environments
Affectionate and enjoys cuddling and playtime
Resilient and strong-willed, overcoming challenges with grace
Ideal Home:
Rezzie would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of love and attention from his human and animal companions alike. A family environment with children who are introduced properly would be ideal for him. Rezzie's joyful and affectionate nature makes him a wonderful addition to any loving household, where he can continue to grow his beautiful coat and share his love with those around him.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
