About Tiffany rstk000526
Meet Tiffany, a delightful senior lady with a loving and affectionate personality. While her youthful spirit may have faded slightly with time, her charm has only grown stronger. Although Tiffany may stress slightly during changes, she is seeking a peaceful retirement home where relaxation and love are abundant.
Once she settles into her new surroundings, Tiffany is incredibly affectionate and thrives on your companionship. She is fond of laps and will enjoy lounging in your lap while you read a book or watch your favorite show. When she's not being pampered in your lap, you will find her snuggled up on your bed, soaking up the warmth and familiar scent of you.
Being an indoor cat all her life, Tiffany prefers the safety of the indoors and would make an excellent companion for older individuals or couples who prefer a slower pace of life. She enjoys the tranquility and security of home and shows her appreciation with an occasional gentle purr.
Tiffany has never had a feline companion, but she would consider sharing her space with a respectful canine who understands the importance of downtime and peace. Given her peaceful disposition, she would fit perfectly in a home without young children or other large pets.
Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
