About Freddie
*In foster care in Marrickville, Sydney*
Zoomie master Freddie will keep you entertained all day with her playful antics! Whether she's on a turbocharged sprint across the room or dominating Mount Cardboard (her scratching post), her adventures are endless.
But this curious and energetic kitty is a cuddle monster in disguise - the second playtime's over, she transforms into a purring champion! Imagine evenings spent with Freddie kneading biscuits on your lap, her happy rumbles filling the air. Does she enjoy head scratches? Absolutely! Belly rubs? Hey, let's not push it too far!
Looking for a double dose of feline fun? Freddie's sister, Alice, is also available for adoption and they would make a great pair for those looking to welcome two amazing kitties into their home!
Like all Maggie's pets, Freddie is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I thrive in all sorts of environments! Whether it's a bustling household with social humans, a quiet one-person home or a family with children who understand gentle play, I'm keen to get amongst it. I can adjust to different schedules, and like playing fetch in the morning and laser chase at night if you've got a few minutes to spare :)
I'm open to making new friends too, so I'd be the purrfect addition to a home with other cats, big or small, as long as they can keep up with my playful spirit!
Because of my delicate pink colouring, I will need a safe indoors-only home to keep my pretty nose and ears safe from the sun.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: High! I adore energetic play sessions morning and evening - but don't worry, I'm not all go, no whoa. For the rest of the day, you'll find me curled up in a sunbeam or perched on a windowsill, calmly observing the world outside.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'd be a fantastic furry friend for a family with kids. I've lived with children before and enjoy gentle play. I don't even mind being picked up for cuddles (as long as they're gentle, of course!), making me a great companion for kids' playtime and downtime :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I've lived very harmoniously with other cats! A slow introduction with another cat or cats who can match my energy (or at least tolerate it) would be ideal.
I've not been formally introduced to dogs yet. While some cats adapt well to canine companions, it's best to meet them on neutral ground first. If you have a nice dog at home, my foster carers are happy to discuss a potential introduction!

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
