About Lavender
We are not 100% sure what breed Lavender is as we can see she has a bit of the best of several breeds in her.
Lavender is very clever and easy to train. She loves to be around people and will follow you everywhere. She comes when called and she doesn't run off. Lavender will follow instructions and is just basically a very sweet girl.
Lavender recently gave birth to 5 pups - she was very young at the time and although still a "pup" herself she was such a great Mum. She has become fitter and stronger now that her pups are bigger and they leave her alone so they can romp and play amongst themselves. Lavender is ready for a new home where she can now be spoilt and take a rest from her busy motherhood days.
She is very active little girl so must go to an active home that can get her out and about on long walks each day and to explore new environments.
Lavender loves her humans and is very cuddly so would prefer that her new family were not away from the home for long periods of time.
Lavender has been in care with 5 children of varying ages and just loves the children in her foster home, so would be suited to a home with children provided they were kind, gentle and respectful of animals.
Lavender is also good with other friendly dogs of all sizes, so would also be suited to a home with another friendly dog. We don't think cats would be a good fit with her as she is very active and would like to chase!
Like all of our dogs, Lavender must have access inside at all times.
If you would like to meet Lavender, please send us an informative email about yourself, lifestyle, existing pets, working hours, etc. to sasrescue@gmail.com so that we can see if you and Lavender are a good fit.
