Look at this handsome boy!! Monty is ready and waiting to find his new forever family.

Monty is the sweetest young man who would make a perfect companion dog for anybody looking for their new best friend. He's a super friendly young chap and an absolute sweetheart who loves a snuggle once he gets to know you.

Monty can initially be a bit nervous when meeting new people, however warms up with time and actively seeks attention from those he knows. Monty will be best suited to a home with secondary school aged children or older.

Monty will need some training as he is quite a jumpy lad, so we advise his new family that he will need some practice, learning not to jump over people when they enter his space. With some consistent training and dedicated time, we have no doubt Monty will learn quickly!

Monty has told us here at the shelter that he wouldn't mind sharing a home with another like-minded doggo to keep him company and play with throughout the day. If you have another dog at home, please make sure you bring them in for a meet & greet at the shelter!
