About Olive
Introducing Olive, the gentlest of feline companions who purrs and meows her way into your heart. Olive's endearing antics make her the best home-office friend, promising to brighten your workload.
What sets Olive apart is her serenity and engaging demeanor. Wherever you are, Olive loves being right by your side, lovingly giving you support or engaging in playful activity. When she's not napping, you're likely to find her immersing herself in a game of chase-the-string or exploring her surroundings.
Olive has a knack for warming up to new humans. She may seem timid at first, but it won't take long before she begins showing trust and affection. Although occasional loud noises might make her a tad shy, Olive is generally a confident kitty.
Olive is pleasantly cooperative when it comes to snuggling. Her gentle nature makes her an easy cat to love and a joy to have around. She takes socializing in her stride and would enjoy the company of another feline in the house, but she also has enough self-confidence to be the only pet in your life.
If you're seeking a gentle, loving, and sociable cat, Olive could be your perfect match. She looks forward to being the beloved pet in your family, loving you unconditionally, accompanying your every move, and receiving all the attention she deserves. And who knows? She might just make your work-from-home life a tad bit more enjoyable.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
