About Tammy - 1 Year Old Oriental Short Hair X
50% off adoption fee! Limited time only!!!
Tammy is a bird watcher enthusiast.
Tammy loves to sit by the widow and watch the birds and your neighbours If you like to judge your neighbours, she is your girl. Tammy is not a big eater but great at catching bugs and will eat them sometimes. She comes in handy in summer.
Tammy loves to chase her sister, Trinity, who is also available, around. Tammy is very vocal around dinner time and when she would like pats. She will Stretch her paw out to you to indicate it’s time for head scratches.
There is no privacy with Tammy, she MUST follow you to the toilet so much so that as soon as she hears the door or the seat, she will RUN to you and protect you while you are vulnerable. This will also happen whilst you are in the shower.
Tammy will need to be strictly inside cat, as this is what she’s use to and our policy.
Tammy will need to be either an only cat or only be introduced to kittens as she is very alpha. Tammy can be adopted with her sister.
To register your interest in adopting Tammy you can fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
PLEASE NOTE: When applying for our dogs and puppies, please ensure to list the name of the cat you wish to adopt. Please do NOT just list the reference number or the microchip number as this will delay your application reaching the correct foster carer.
You can see all our available dogs and cats at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au or www.petrescue.com.au

This organisation's adoption policy is moderate. What does this mean?
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire: https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) After that we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home, nearby park or your home.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
