About William Shakespurr
Title: "The Tale of William Shakespurr: A Whiskered Wonder"
Act I: A Feline's Introduction
Enter stage left, the dashing William Shakespurr, a one-year-old black and white male kitty with a flair for the dramatic. With fur as dark as midnight and eyes as bright as stars, he prances onto the scene, ready to steal hearts with his charm.
Act II: The Whiskered Wonder
Behold! William Shakespurr, the fun-loving boy of the cattery, frolics about like a true Shakespearean actor on stage. He revels in playtime and adores affection, craving love like a soliloquy hung upon the lips of a poet.
Act III: A Kitty of Many Tails
Fear not, fellow felines! William Shakespurr is not one to hog the limelight. He shares the stage graciously with other cats, displaying a camaraderie that rivals even the greatest troupes of the West End.
Act IV: A Purrfect Playmate
Younglings of every age, lend me your ears! Our William Shakespurr is okay with children, but before he takes his final bow and heads to his forever home, a meet-and-greet is a must. Let the audience applaud as our hero finds his perfect co-stars in a loving family!
Curtain Call: A Happy Ending
And thus, dear friends, concludes our tale of William Shakespurr, a whiskered wonder of the feline world. May his adventures continue in a home filled with love, laughter, and endless belly rubs. Exit stage right, but his purrs of joy echo in our hearts forevermore.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
