About Dash
Hello my name is Dash, and I got my name for two very good reasons. The first is I have a little white Dash in the middle of my back, and the second is because dashing is the only way I know how to get from point A to point B. I never do anything at a quiet stroll, it is always a race.
As for my toys needs, I am working on my skills in the toy department as I seem not to have had access to any in my life until I came into foster care, so I don’t do a lot of playing on my own. However I do take quite an interest in dangly toys when my foster carer plays with me, I will pounce, run, and grab onto these with all my might, and then try and take off running with them still in my mouth. I also have discovered the LASER POINTER, OMG that is a lot of fun, I will chase that all around the house and skid around on the wooden floor. My foster carer just giggles as my long legs go in a completely different direction to my body, and my face is solely focused on the task of catching that darn dot.
I am more of an independent cat, so I am not really going to be too much of a lap cat. But I do like to know where the humans are at all times so I will be sleeping somewhere in the room with you, but never in the same place, as I like to shake it up. You don’t expect me to be predictable do you, this week it is behind the fireplace, last week it was in the sun puddle by the French doors.
I do LOVE to play with the other cats or kittens in the house so please make sure that you have another playful cat in your home for me to play with, otherwise I will get a little bit bored. I do play quite hard as I do not know my own strength, I cant help it I just get so excited, I just want to be a part of all play sessions.
Also just a side note, I do have permanent eye liner on at all times, I mean you always have to put your best paw forward, and I think it really makes my eyes pop! If you think that I am the cat for you please contact my foster carer.
All Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens come to you vet checked, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, flea treated, and litter trained. As we are a rescue group, the adoption fee is not negotiable. Little Paws Kitten Rescue cats and kittens are indoor or cat enclosure only and must go to homes that intend them to stay that way, this is for their safety and health of the cat or kitten and for the environment. It is our foster carer’s choice as to which home a cat or kitten goes to. We match the cats and kittens to the adoptee; we do not necessarily “sell” to the first caller. As our foster carers are all volunteers raising the cats and kittens in their own home, we would appreciate you let them know if you cannot make an appointment.
