About Fozzie
Hi, I’m Fozzie and I’m a young tan Australian Cattle Dog x Kelpie puppy. Could I please be your shadow?
My impressive ears aren’t just for decoration; I’m a good listener and respond to my name or a whistle. I know sit, leave it and wait. I’m also coming along nicely with walking on lead as I like being by your side.
I love food and I’ve sat and waited for my meals since my first day in foster care. Because of my love of food and focus on pleasing people, I’d learn cool tricks easily.
I enjoy playing with toys and chasing balls but I have a great off switch and I’m just as happy to follow you around. Although I’m still teething, I’m not a licky or mouthy puppy and I take treats gently too. I’m happy to jump in the car and I travel quite well. I enjoy my indoor and outdoor time and I sleep well indoors at night.
Other than my littermates, I hadn’t met many dogs when I first came into foster care but I’ve become great friends with my foster brother. I enjoy going for walks and I’m meeting new dogs every day now.
I would love to live with a person, couple or family with older children who will give me lots of pats. I will need someone around more often or not, or a friendly dog to play with so I don’t get lonely. I haven’t been tested with cats or pocket pets.
If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick, please complete the adoption form.
Your mate,
Fozzie

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
