About Reuben
Introducing Reuben! This friendly tail-wagging extraordinaire has a zest for life that’s downright infectious. While he can be a little jumpy when meeting new people, it's just his way of trying to get closer and give you some extra licks of affection.
When it comes to meeting other dogs, he's typically enthusiastic, but can be a tad cautious with larger dogs. He delights in playtime with dogs his size, particularly when there's a game of chase involved. His comfort around canine companions can only improve with more regular, friendly interaction — just one of the joys of having Reuben in your life.
Reuben loves a good cuddle on the couch and craves human companionship. He's been acquainted with crate training and shows promising understanding, but the lounge also vies for his fondness — especially when it’s time for a nap.
He's what we call a food enthusiast who will dutifully sit on command when treats are involved. Reuben has a laid-back side that shines through when he just wants to chill and lounge around, but keep in mind that he also has a stubborn streak when he wants to have his way!
As part of an active family, he'd love to be included in all your daily adventures. Reuben undoubtedly enjoys the outdoors, and nothing thrills him more than seeing his people return home; his greeting can make you feel like the most special person in the world.
Overall, what sets Reuben apart is his ability to give and receive love in boundless measures. He’s ready to find a warm, welcoming home where there's ample room in everyone's heart for a loving, high-spirited, and slightly stubborn fur-friend like him. We believe Reuben's boundless energy and affection will be a delightful addition to any family!
Reuben is bigger than a pug, with lovely longer legs. He is likely almost fully grown and weighs about 12 kgs.
Reuben is microchipped, C5 vaccinated and now desexed.
A fenced yard is a must.
Medical notes
Reuben did require cherry eye surgery (not uncommon in young dogs) and this was successfully done with no more problems expected.
