About Megan
Megan has had a small litter of kittens, and she was a great mum to raise them on her own. The kittens have found forever homes and now its Meg’s turn. She has a small physical frame which makes her very dainty. Her eyes are light amber, and she has a soft, short haired pretty all ginger coat which is fairly rare for a female cat.
Meg has a lovely calm nature and adapts well to new environments. She loves being up high and looking out the window or sunbaking. Meg comes when her name is called and often peeks out from her hiding place to meow and let you know where she is if she hears you approaching.
Megan responds well to people and enjoys head and back scratches; she also like to knead and make biscuits and walks on her tippy toes before she settles down to rest which looks really cute.
The foster home Meg is in has a dog that is socialised with cats, so she has had the opportunity to be around the dog and this has gone well for Meg. Meg is good company if you work from home as she loves to be around and keep an eye on her humans. Meg will make a lovely new family member to any home.

All forms (including foster and adoption) can be found at the following link:
http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
