About Desert Flame
This is Desert Flame of the Native Flora Pups! He is a fun-loving, confident 4 and a half-month-old Black and Tan Kelpie pup who loves to play with people and dogs alike.
This cute boy is very people focused, loves his training, playing and investigating new things! He is crate trained and sleeps through the night and travels well in the car. He has learnt some basic training while in care, such as sit, drop and his recall is coming along nicely! He is an enthusiastic student and very eager to please!
Desert Flame is a very smart boy, and and works things out quickly! He is looking for a home that can provide him with the mental and physical stimulation required. Once he is satisfied, he has a great off switch and is happy to nap in his crate or bed.
Desert Flame is looking for an active family who will give him plenty of exercise and stimulation, allow him inside as part of the family, and include him in all of their adventures. He would love another older doggo in the home. He gets along well with his furry foster siblings and is respectful of his elders! However he would also do well as a single dog if his hoomans are home more often than not and want to take him on their adventures.
His new family must be committed to continuing his socialisation and ongoing training to make sure he develops into well-adjusted dog.
If you think Desert Flame might be the best mate you’ve been searching for, send us an application with some details about the life you can offer him.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
