About Violet- Located in Frankston
Meow-ow! Hi there, wonderful humans! I'm Violet, your ticket to a world of tabby enchantment and endless fun! With my dainty white socks and perpetual little frown (just my quirky way of showing joy, I promise!), I'm always dressed to impress and ready to bring a touch of elegance to your home.
At first, I might seem a tad reserved, but give me a moment to sniff around and explore, and I'll quickly show you my true colors! Before you know it, I'll be offering up my soft fur for gentle pats and showering you with adorable nose kisses. And oh, the purrs that'll emanate from my tiny frame—consider it my way of serenading you with love and affection!
Now, let's talk playtime—I'm an absolute dynamo, a whirlwind of energy and excitement! Whether I'm chasing fluffy mice or swatting at toys on the end of a stick, I guarantee to keep you entertained for hours on end. And when I team up with my sibling Viviane, well, we're unstoppable! We're like two peas in a pod, ready to bring double the joy into your life. But don't worry if you don't have room for two—we're also quite adept at making friends with other cats, both male and female!
So, if you're ready to add a dash of whimsy and a whole lot of love to your home, look no further than me, Violet! I'm waiting to charm my way into your heart and make every day feel like a purr-fect adventure. Are you ready for the ride of a lifetime? Let's embark on this journey together and make some unforgettable memories along the way!

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
