About Kiwi
Meet Kiwi: A Pocket-Sized Bundle of Joy!
Kiwi is a super fun, sweet little pup with just the right dash of sass to keep life exciting! Her striking features turn heads wherever she goes, but it’s her incredible personality that truly shines. Bright, inquisitive, and confident, Kiwi quickly made herself at home in a bustling, multi-dog household.
This adventurous little girl has a zest for life that’s contagious. She absolutely adores playing tug-of-war and is always up for an adventure. Whether it's a car ride or a new exploration, Kiwi is eager to be by your side. Her compact size, staying around the 10kg mark, makes her a perfect travel companion and lap buddy. She’s social, extroverted, and just loves to be where the action is!
Kiwi’s Ideal Home: Kiwi would thrive in a family that is active and adventurous. She’s adaptable and could be happy as the only dog in the home or sharing with another confident canine companion. Kiwi would benefit from ongoing training and does best with human company around, as she’s not a fan of being alone for long periods.
Energy Level: Kiwi is lively and enjoys staying busy but has a good off-switch when it’s time to relax. She’ll need daily walks and playtime to keep her happy and healthy, but she also knows how to settle down and enjoy a cozy snuggle session.
Suitability to Children: While Kiwi hasn’t spent a lot of time around children, she’s likely to be fine with dog-savvy kids aged 7 and up. Her playful nature and affectionate side would make her a delightful companion for the right family.
Suitability to Cats and Dogs: Currently, Kiwi lives with both large and small dogs and can be a bit exuberant for smaller pups, like chihuahuas, though she’s learning. She would do best with medium to large-sized dogs who can handle her energetic personality. Kiwi does not get along with cats and would prefer a feline-free home.
Kiwi is a truly wonderful little pup with a heart full of love and an adventurous spirit. If you’re looking for a lively, affectionate, and engaging companion, Kiwi might just be the perfect match for you!

For Cats: https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870
For Dogs: https://form.jotform.co/80677377750872
Please use these links rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
