About Cooper
Cooper would like his new home to have:
- Toys and Chews to help keep him entertained.
- Another desexed playful dog (not senior or puppy).
- A yard to play and run around in.
- A family that will welcome him inside when they are home to share their lives with him.
- Cooper must live with another dog but he is also happy to share his home with cats (slow introductions and supervision is recommended) and children.
Cooper is a playful and friendly puppy, whether with dogs, cats, children or people he has just meet. He loves squeaky and rope toys and thinks tug is the best game. Cooper loves to wrestle and chase other dogs around the yard, and then is happy to rest alongside his doggie friends or lay at your feet. You may even hear him snore. When Cooper isn’t playing with his doggy friends, he is very people focused, he will sit in front of you for your attention and give you his puppy dog eyes and waggy tail. He loves to play and be around children but can be a bit jumpy around younger children, his carer is working on teaching him a better way to greet little kids. Cooper is great company and is happy to chill on the couch with you for a little snuggle or encourage you in a game of tug.
Cooper loves going for walks and enjoys sniffing and investigating the environment and is happy to greet people for a quick pat. Cooper is learning good manners around food and will sit for his food. He is so far a quiet dog and doesn’t join in when the other dogs bark, he just happily sits there watching them. Cooper is doing well with toilet training when given access to outside regularly.
Cooper is currently living with a cat and is friendly towards it, he is even known to give little kisses and sniff and he is happy to steel the cats bed if he is ready for a snooze.
The breed is to the best of our knowledge from the information we've been given.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
