About Missy
Meet Missy, the adorable and affectionate large crossbreed female dog who is sure to steal your heart with her charm and boundless energy. At just 8 months old, Missy is already a bundle of joy, brimming with enthusiasm for life and a deep love for human companionship.
This sweet pup thrives on being in the company of people, exuding warmth and friendliness wherever she goes. Missy's love knows no bounds, as she eagerly welcomes interaction with other dogs and is more than happy to share her playful nature with them.
Missy's ideal home is one filled with the laughter and energy of children who are comfortable with her youthful exuberance. While she may still be in need of some training, her willingness to learn and eager disposition make her an ideal candidate for a loving family pet.
To ensure Missy's happiness and well-being, regular exercise and mental stimulation are essential. Whether it's going for long walks, engaging in interactive play sessions, or exploring new environments, Missy thrives when given the opportunity to indulge her curious nature.
With the right guidance and plenty of love, Missy is destined to blossom into a cherished member of any family. Her infectious spirit and gentle nature make her the perfect companion for those seeking a loyal and affectionate canine friend.
To book a meet and greet with Missy please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au . Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
