About Biscuit
Meet Biscuit, a lovable guinea pig with a unique tan coat. He's bonded with his multicolored brother, Hershey, and together, they create an absolutely adorable duo. Biscuit is a bubbly fellow who loves roaming around, especially after his cage has been cleaned.
Biscuit is a guinea pig who is definitely on the move; his favorite activities include zooming about and making "popcorn" jumps, a delightful little leap in the air that signals his supreme happiness. If there's a treat on offer, Biscuit is all ears, and a cuddle is much appreciated. When it comes to food, he's all passion. He is especially fond of hay and is never shy to remind you when it's dinner time.
Being a curious creature, Biscuit enjoys having a high perch for watching the world go by. Though he's still getting used to the hustle and bustle of human life and the presence of loud noises, his curiosity acts as an asset. Regular socializing will greatly help him grow into a wonderful companion.
In terms of companionship, Biscuit and Hershey may go home together, or Biscuit can be rehomed with another male or desexed female guinea pig. Either way, the boys are still young, so they will be fostered to adopt, and returned for desexing when they become bigger. Biscuit's ideal setting would be an indoor environment; he might do well with older, piggy-savvy children who understand the care and handling of guinea pigs.
With time, Biscuit is sure to develop into a wonderful pet, ready to reward your patience with his growing trust and affection. If you opt to welcome him into your home, you'll not only be gaining a pet – you'll be gaining an entertaining and endearing family member as well.
