About Ghost - Located in Northcote
Meow there, lovely humans! I'm Ghost, the teeny-tiny wonder kitty with a heart as big as the moon. Growing up in this foster family is like living in a purrfect dream, surrounded by my Mum, my siblings, a bunch of cool cats, and the most pawsome humans you could ever imagine.
Let me tell you, I'm the epitome of charm and affection. Socializing? Oh, please, I practically invented it! I'll cuddle up to anyone who crosses my path, melting hearts with my adorable purrs and snuggly vibes. If I had my way, every lap in the house would be occupied by yours truly.
Now, let's talk about playtime. It's my absolute favorite thing in the whole wide world! Whether I'm romping around with Mum and my siblings or engaging in an epic battle with the broom (seriously, that thing thinks it can outsmart me), I'm always up for a good time. Who knew sweeping could be so entertaining?
And can we talk about my looks for a second? I may be teeny, but I've got these stunning markings on my face that make me stand out from the crowd. Beauty runs in the family, what can I say?
So there you have it, folks. I'm Ghost, the silly yet beautiful ball of fluff who's stealing hearts left and right. If you're ever in need of a cuddle buddy or a playmate extraordinaire, just give me a holler. I'll be right here, waiting to shower you with love and laughter.

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
