About Abraham
*In foster care in Carlingford, Sydney*
Abraham loves nothing more than the company of people and other cats - except, perhaps, for playtime! When he gets all three at once, he can't believe his luck :)
This sweet boy is a huge fan of pats and is turning into quite the lap cat and snuggle bug. He doesn't mind noise so he'd be comfortable living in a buzzy urban environment, or even a busy family home. And he'll definitely be happiest with another friendly feline or two around to bond with!
Like all Maggie's pets, Abraham is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I'm pretty streetwise - in fact, I lived on the streets for a while! - so nothing much fazes me. I'm even man enough to face the vacuum sometimes!
I'd really love my new home to have a nice window for me to perch in and gaze out of, and even better if it's screened so I can take in some fresh air! A sweet kitty to become my BFF (Best Feline Friend) would be the cherry in top.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: High - but I promise not to make a racket when it's bedtime! I've mastered a bunch of toys, my favourite being a rattly mouse and one of those three-tier turntable things. I also adore cat trees for scratching, attacking and sleeping in :)
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I haven't spent much time with kids, I reckon any who'll play with me and pat me respectfully would be lovely to live with!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I grew up with cats before coming into foster care so I love all cats, and would probably be my best and happiest self if I could live with one again!
Dogs are an unknown quantity at this stage.
Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
