About Chase
Chase's requirements in his new home:
- To be an integral part of his family.
- Would like a desexed dog, not overly playful or energetic for company when the humans are out. But would be happy if someone is home more often than not as an only dog.
- A daily walk.
- A secure yard.
- To be allowed inside of a evening and night and when his family is home during the day.
Chase just loves his people. He loves going for walks and car rides with them, cuddling on the couch and following them from room to room, he is never far away and just wants to be a part of everything his family is doing. Chase is also great with other dogs and children.
Chase will be his happiest with a walk each day, a wonder around his yard, a toy to chew on here and there and a dog for company when his people are out and to be allowed inside when his family are home.
Chase walks well on the lead and is happy to meet dogs and people he comes across. A walk a day will see him calm and settled for the day.
Chase is friendly and great with all people he meets who come into the house and out and about. Sometimes he gets a bit scared if there's a loud noise or something new but he'll just hang around you until he's worked out everything is ok. He doesn't jump but will lick faces if they are put in his way.
Chase can wait nicely for his food and his carer is working on sitting and his recall. He is ok when left alone outside but wants to be inside with his people when they are home.
From Chase's foster carer
- Chase has turned into a great dog to walk, loose lead and no pulling.
- At the dog park he has good recall and will play happily with the other dogs but stays close to us.
- He definitely needs to have someone to cuddle up to at night, he is such a cuddle bug.
The breed is to the best of our knowledge from the information we've been given.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
